Technical analyst needed to help construct the wind farms of the future!
Our client is one of the world's broadest based wind energy companies, embracing wind farm development, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance, wind turbine design, research and development. Due to further expansion of its wind farm development portfolio, the company is looking for an additional highly motivated individual to join its dynamic team in Glasgow.

The job…
• The reception of data from deployed instrumentation systems, initial quality assurance checks on the data and the reporting of irregularities.
• The processing and analysis of the data from these sites, which you will use to perform wind resource assessments.
• Assisting with technical issues in the development of wind farms, both before and after construction.
You…
• Have a degree or equivalent in physics, mathematics or an engineering discipline.
• Are computer literate, with some exposure to software development and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office components and proprietary database packages, e.g. Microsoft Access.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to spend periods of 1 or 2 weeks away from home, either in the UK or overseas.
• Have experience in the analysis of data from field instrumentation systems.
• Have a clean driving licence.
