Position Overview  
We are looking for a highly motivated, task and relationship-oriented leader who brings a foundation of consulting best practices, awareness of critical sustainability issues, and an ability to manage client relationships.  This person will be a key player in consulting to the world’s most influential organizations.  The successful candidate will be one who questions the current paradigm of business and offers inventive, well-designed solutions to the global issues facing humanity.  This person sees poverty, injustice, climate change, environmental degradation as interconnected to the needs of business

As a Senior Consultant you will plan, develop, and manage complex and dynamic consulting engagements with organizations across a variety of industries.

Roles and Responsibilities
•    Build personal relationships with client contacts
•    Prepare, frame, and manage client meetings such that they are conversational and follow a natural flow
•    Draw on data analyses and your ability to see the bigger picture to connect the dots and deliver a coherent client strategy
•    Prepare proposals and reports
•    Mentor and manage junior team members

Skills and Qualifications
•    A deep-rooted passion for sustainability
•    An MBA + 2 years post-MBA experience
•    2+ years consulting experience and/or significant industry experience in a related field
•    Excellent grasp of business strategy as well as organizational change and leadership issues
•    Strong ability to organize, synthesize and deliver pertinent information to stakeholders
•    Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships and consulting services
•    Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
•    Strong character and a passion for self discovery and personal development
