LEED Coordinator at Energy Engineering and Sustainable Design Firm (San Francisco or Irvine, immediate start)--ID#10293

Background:
Founded in 2002, Enovity provides commissioning, energy engineering, sustainable design and building operations and maintenance services to the construction and property management industry. The company works across the Western United States, and is very well known within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage LEED NC, CI, CS, and LEED EB projects.
• Lead LEED design charrettes.
• Track LEED credits throughout the design, construction and post-occupancy phases.
• Assist in developing tracking tools and processes for managing LEED certifications.
• Performing research on sustainability issues.
• Develop and manage templates for pursuing specific LEED credits.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications to the organization:
• Degree in design and/or environmental studies.
• LEED Accredited Professional Certification required.
• Participated in at least five LEED NC, CI, C&S or EB projects.
• Experienced in submitting projects using LEED Online.
• 3-5 years experience with architectural or engineering projects.
• Highly motivated and proactive, focused on achieving results.
• Dedication to ongoing quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate project records.
• Some travel is required.
