Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieve high levels of contractor satisfaction
• Be responsible for all the technical issues
• Help to achieve the sales and profit targets in the business plan
• Have accountability for customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage a network of business partners
• Establish excellent training programs, quality controls and a systematic approach to managing contractors
Skills and Qualifications:
• Direct solar thermal experience
• 5 years + experience in mechanical engineering particularly in hydraulic, heat and heat transfer technology, plus strong understanding of materials
• Good knowledge of IT simulation software and real affiliation for technology
• Engineering degree and a relevant professional license or qualification
• 7-10 years experience
Compensation:
Salary expectations range between $80,000 - $120,000, plus a competitive bonus and health benefits.
